Köldmedierapport (refrigerant report) is a report submitted by companies that have refrigerants installed (included in all refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and heat pumps) to Länsstyrelsen (the county administrative board) with information on the status of these and how they are handled during the year.

Köldmedierapport should contain, among other things, the results of the leak checks carried out and equipment scrapped during the calendar year, contact details for the operator, address and property designation of the property where the equipment is located and a list of the equipment.

Köldmedierapport must be submitted to Länsstyrelsen once a year after the end of the calendar year. The last day to submit the report is usually March 31. If the 31st is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the declaration day is normally the closest following weekday.
